Delete my Kratheos account

You can delete your Kratheos account and all associated data at any time, from the app or, if you no longer have it, from this page.
From the app
- Open Kratheos and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Account then, in the My data section, Delete my account.
- Confirm by typing the requested word. All your devices are signed out right away and you receive a confirmation email.
Want to keep a copy of your data? Before deleting your account, use Profile › Account › Export my data (ZIP archive).
Without the app
Enter the email address of your Kratheos account (Apple’s relay address if you chose to hide your address). If an account matches, you will receive an email with a link valid for 24 hours to confirm the deletion. This double check prevents someone else from deleting your account in your place.
Request received
If a Kratheos account matches this address, a confirmation email has just been sent to it. The link it contains is valid for 24 hours. Remember to check your spam folder.
7 days to change your mind
Deletion is scheduled 7 days after your confirmation. Until then, you can cancel it in one click from the link in the account deletion email, or simply by signing back in to the app. After this period, the deletion is permanent and a final email confirms it.
What is deleted, what is kept

Data saved in your iPhone’s Health app belongs to you and stays there: you can manage it from the Health app. If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove Kratheos’s access in Settings › your name › Sign-In & Security › Sign in with Apple.
Your subscription is not cancelled automatically. Cancel it in the App Store settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions), otherwise the store will keep renewing it.
