How it works

Three steps. No fixed plans.

No endless questionnaire, no generic plan to download. One conversation, then a plan that lives with you.

  1. Step 1: You talk to the coach

Your goal, your level, your gear, your schedule. Just like with a real coach, in a few messages. It pre-fills, you correct, nothing is saved without your OK.

  2. Step 2: It builds your plan

A plan in blocks of 3 to 6 weeks, fitted to your real week. It explains why every workout is there and what it builds toward.

  3. Step 3: You train, it adapts

Every set, every pace, every feeling counts. Loads and paces progress on their own; big changes are suggested to you, never forced.

The AI coach

The coach that adapts to you.

Tell it your goal the way you would tell a coach. It understands, rephrases and suggests a plan you can talk through.

  • A real conversation

Text or voice. The coach asks the right questions, one at a time.

  • Pre-filled, never forced

It pulls your benchmarks from the chat into a form: you correct, you confirm. Nothing is saved before that.

  • A plan in blocks

Base, build, specific, taper, race day. Every workout has a reason to be there.

  • It remembers

Your preferences, gear and constraints become rules it sticks to.

Chat screen: the coach rephrases the Spartan Race goal with a target date, waiting for confirmation.
Spartan Race Prep plan proposal: two four-week blocks, Base then Build, and the typical week.

You: I want to do a Spartan Race in July.

Coach: Great goal. Are you already training? Tell me what you do right now.

You: Squat 80 kg on Mondays, 5 km run on Thursdays.

Coach: Got it. I’ll build you a plan in blocks: strength and endurance, with a rest day between two hard workouts.

Live workout on iPhone: Romanian deadlift, set 1 of 3, target 8 to 10 reps at 60 kg, logging what was done.
Apple Watch during rest: 1:39 countdown ring, minus 15, skip and plus 15 buttons, set 3 of 4 at 80 kg.
Live workouts

iPhone + Apple Watch. Nothing to write down.

Your plan comes to life during the workout. iPhone and Apple Watch stay in sync, and when the watch is there, it’s the source of truth.

  • Set, target, last time

See what’s planned and what you did last time. Log what you actually did in two taps.

  • Timed rest

+30 s or skip: the timer follows your pace, the watch taps you at the right moment.

  • Heart rate and zones

On your wrist, live. Intervals tell you whether you’re on target.

  • Off plan? Say why

Too heavy, too easy, machine taken, discomfort: the coach takes it into account next time.

No watch? Everything works on iPhone alone too.

  • Apple Watch, intervals: rep 2 of 6, pace 4:19 per kilometer, on target.

    Intervals: pace on target

  • Apple Watch, HIIT: round 3 of 8, burpees, 17 seconds left.

    HIIT: timed rounds

  • Apple Watch, summary: workout complete, 52 minutes, 14 of 14 sets, 5,840 kg of volume.

Week after week, all the way up.

Our philosophy

You have
the final say.

Kratheos suggests, explains, warns. But it’s your body, your schedule, your life. When you say no, the coach adapts, without pushing.

  • It explains

Every suggestion comes with its reason and its consequences.

  • You decide

Accept, decline, edit: nothing structural changes without you.

  • It remembers

Your decision becomes a rule. It won’t ask you again.

Coach suggestion

Move intervals to Tuesday 6:30 am

To keep 48 h between your two leg workouts.

You: No, never before 7 am. I’d rather keep it on Thursday.

Coach: Got it. I’ll keep it on Thursday and lighten Wednesday’s leg work a bit to compensate.

Rule saved: no workouts before 7 am

FAQ

You’re probably wondering…

Does Kratheos replace a real coach?

Kratheos works like a coach: it learns your goals, history and constraints, builds your plan and adjusts it after every workout. It doesn’t make medical diagnoses: if you have pain or a health condition, it will refer you to a health professional.

Which sports are supported?

Strength training, road running, trail running, cycling, swimming, HIIT, hiking and mobility. You can combine them in one plan: the coach balances the load between strength and endurance.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Every workout can be followed on iPhone. With an Apple Watch, you keep sets, rest, heart rate and intervals on your wrist, and the watch is the source of truth.

What if I disagree with the plan?

You always have the final say. The coach explains the consequences of your choice, then adapts and remembers your decision as a rule going forward.

How much does it cost?

Everything you do yourself is free: creating your workouts and your plan, training on your phone and Apple Watch, tracking your history, charts and badges. The Premium subscription sells the automation: the AI coach generates your plan, progresses your loads and paces and adapts it when life gets in the way. Pricing will be announced at launch, to waitlist members first.

When is the app coming out?

Kratheos is coming to iPhone and Apple Watch first, then Android. Join the waitlist to hear the moment it opens.
